 Key Features

• Extremely high initial tack, it grips immediately so heavy items can be bonded without temporary mechanical support. 

• Based on hybrid polymer technology, cures under influence of humidity to form a durable elastic rubber. 

• Permanently elastic bond: once cured it remains flexible, accommodating some movement in bonded materials.

• Free of isocyanates, phthalates, solvents and silicones: contributes to better environmental/health performance. 

• Neutral curing and almost odourless: so less smell during application and compatible with many metal types (non-corrosive).

• Good resistance to moisture, weather, and adheres even to damp surfaces (in many cases without primer). 

• Strong mechanical properties: e.g., tensile strength around 2.20 N/mm², elongation at break ~250-350%. 

 Typical Applications

This adhesive is designed for bonding a wide variety of substrates, including:

• Stone, concrete, glass, mirrors, ceramics. 

• Metals and metal alloys: copper, lead, zinc, tin, aluminium, stainless steel.

• Plastics and composites: PU, PVC, hard plastics, HPL (high-pressure laminate) panels, cement fibre panels. 

• Interior & exterior applications for heavy mounted items: e.g., cladding panels, window sills, shelves, skirtings. 

 Technical / Usage Notes

• Storage / Shelf Life: Store between +5 °C and +25 °C, in shaded condition; shelf life about 18 months if unopened. 

• Typical application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C.

• Curing rate: Approx. 2-3 mm/24h at +23 °C / 50 % RH. 

• Application method: Use a V-nozzle cartridge (commonly comes in 290 ml size) and apply in vertical stripes (10-20 cm apart) rather than dots. Ensure adhesive thickness between 2-3 mm. Because of high initial strength, often no additional support is needed.

• Limitations: Not suitable for continuous underwater use, nor for certain plastic substrates (PE, PP, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene).

Why choose it / What makes it strong

Because of its “instant grip” it allows installation of heavy or large format panels without waiting or needing temporary fixings. Its hybrid chemistry gives both strength and elasticity — important when bonded surfaces may experience vibration or movement. Also the environmental-profile is better than many adhesives (low VOCs, no solvents/silicones) which is useful for stringent building standards.
