Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

* In the same condition that you received it
* Sealed, unused, and unworn
* In its original packaging with tags attached
* Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

* If you ordered the incorrect item and would like to return it, the courier costs will be for your account.
* If you ordered the correct item but received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the courier costs.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of purchase if:

* The item is defective or damaged
* You received the wrong item

This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

* Special order items
* Hazardous materials
* Flammable liquids or gases
* Sale items
* Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
* If the return is not due to an error or fault on our side, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.

Tool Warranty

All tools sold by Construction Hyper include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your tool requires repair within the 1-year warranty period:

1. Contact us at sales@constructionhyper.co.za
2. We will direct you to the nearest authorized Ingco store that can assist in sending the tool to Ingco for repair on our behalf.

Important:

* The original invoice or proof of purchase must accompany the tool when booking it in for repair.
* Warranty claims may be declined without valid proof of purchase.
* The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
