Pre-order cancellation policy

Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. There are no recurring charges, and you will not be billed again for a pre-order.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, contact us at online@constructionhyper.co.za or 060 112 3456 with your order number.

If a supplier delivery is delayed beyond the dispatch window shown on the product page, we will contact you with an updated date, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard Refund Policy applies.
