• Substrates: Suitable for primed or previously painted wood, metal (interior & exterior), hardboard, plaster, gypsum, cement, fibre-cement, and window putty surfaces 

• Coatings: Functions as both a primer and sealer. Accepts topcoats including acrylic, enamel, oil-based, and water-based paints, and enhances adhesion between solvent- and water-based coatings
